Great compound pharmacy! Never have had any issues with the exception of FedX delivery, but Strive handled it promptly and perfectly. FedX is no longer delivering my prescriptions. Calls are answered quickly and the pharmacy personnel are knowledgeable and patient. Highly recommend!

I am a bit of a different case because I reside in two locations. Having to transfer a prescription from one location to the other, shouldn’t be difficult however, it has caused some grief in the past. I always personally pick up in person and it can be frustrating when you arrive and it’s not there because it’s at a different location. The text confirmation you receive is generic and confusing as it states your prescription is ready for pick up but also provides the address to where it’s shipping. After a few unintentional hiccups, I was put in contact with Delaney. She really handheld every step to ensure not only satisfactory results and a happy customer, but that moving forward anyone who assists me will have all the proper notes and information. She has such a kind tone over the phone. Not only do I have confidence that things will be great moving forward, I really feel like she cared about my concerns. You know that feeling you get when you think to yourself, this person actually likes their job. That’s how it felt.
